notes from a small island

- Is it ok to get out of the train now, officer? It is getting a little bit warm in there.
- Wait for the correct time, Sir. The procedure says you have to wait for the jolly nice fellows from the fire department to get you out of there, Sir.
- You mean you want me back in there, Sir?
- If you don't mind, Sir.
- Off course not, officer. It will be my pleasure. Anything for Queen and Country. Jolly good. Off I go. Enjoy the rest of the morning, Sir.
- Thanks a lot. The same to you and your family, Sir. Mind the gap!
